Clerks of Works
Record workmanship, defects and non-compliance with the exact image location and the spoken context still fresh.
Photographic inspection reporting
Pin it. Say it. Report it.
Built for Clerks of Works, site-quality inspectors, construction-stage architects and small building-inspection teams.
Built for site-quality reporting
Upload a site photograph, pin the exact defect or observation, describe it aloud and turn it into a clear professional report— whether you are checking workmanship, recording a defect or documenting a construction-stage site visit.
Start free with up to 3 users, 1 inspection project and 3 image slides.
Designed for focused inspection work
Okuyi supports professionals who need to turn site photographs and spoken observations into a clear, traceable report—including architects carrying out construction-stage site visits.
Record workmanship, defects and non-compliance with the exact image location and the spoken context still fresh.
Keep photographs, observations, assignments and responses together instead of rebuilding the story after the visit.
Use Okuyi for construction-stage site visits, snagging observations and photographic follow-up records for the project team or client.
Produce consistent professional reports without adopting a large, complicated construction-management platform.
Focused by design: Okuyi supports photographic observation reporting. It does not replace professional judgement, prescribed inspection forms or a full construction-management system.
See the deliverable before signing up
Okuyi keeps the evidence, exact image location, spoken observation, assigned action and report output together in one traceable record.
Each observation stays tied to its photographic evidence rather than a separate notes list.
Record the observation on site, review the transcript and add responsibility, priority and due dates.
Turn the reviewed records into a professional photographic report without rebuilding the narrative.
No account required: the temporary browser workspace lets you upload a photograph, place observations and print a sample report. Trial data stays in the current browser tab.
Early-stage product: performance claims and customer case studies will be published only after they are supported by real pilot data.

Security, data and practical questions
Okuyi is designed for professional records. These answers describe the safeguards and limits built into the product.
No. It organises photographic observations and report production. The responsible professional must review transcripts, conclusions, actions and cost advice.
Only selectively. It may suit site-quality or inspection engineers whose deliverable is a photographic observation report. Okuyi is not currently positioned as a general civil-engineering platform and does not replace ITP, NCR, RFI, GIS, asset-register or design-management systems.
The application shell remains available, and Okuyi clearly shows when the device is offline. Uploading, saving and transcription currently require a live connection; do not close an unfinished recording until it has saved.
Stripe hosts checkout and billing management. Okuyi does not collect or store full payment-card details.
Yes. Team and Business are available monthly or annually. Annual subscriptions are charged once per year and the full annual amount is shown before Stripe Checkout.
A workspace owner or administrator can open Profile, go to Subscription and choose Cancel subscription. Stripe asks for confirmation. The paid plan remains available until the end of the current paid billing period, and no further renewal payment is taken.
Profile settings include a structured workspace export and an account-deletion control. Owners of shared workspaces must remove teammates before deleting the owner account.
No advertising trackers are included. First-party product events may be recorded without cookies to measure activation and reliability; event metadata excludes photographs, recordings and transcript text.
After transcription, a Project Lead can ask Okuyi to extract a draft work scope and identify missing information. Monetary ranges are calculated only from the workspace’s own active practice rates. The draft is never added to a report automatically and must be reviewed and applied by a Project Lead.
Self-guided by design
Okuyi is intentionally focused, so an inspector or construction-stage architect can understand the workflow without sitting through a sales presentation. Start with the Free plan and test it on a genuine site inspection at your own pace.
Create an inspection project, upload a site image, pin the exact detail and describe it aloud. Review the record and generate your first report. Step-by-step Okuyi tutorials are available on our YouTube channel.
